  • "Teacher/Family Account": Accounts created by individuals over the age of 18 to manage and supervise Student Users.

  • "Student User": Individuals, regardless of age, who access our services under the supervision of a Teacher/Family Account holder.

3. Account Eligibility and Responsibilities

3.1 Teacher/Family Account Creators

  • Age Requirement: Individuals creating a Teacher/Family Account must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

  • Supervision Responsibility: As a Teacher/Family Account holder, you are responsible for supervising Student Users associated with your account and ensuring their compliance with these Terms.

3.2 Student Users

  • Access: Student Users may access our services under the supervision of a Teacher/Family Account holder. There is no age restriction for Student Users; however, their activities must be overseen by the responsible adult who manages their account.

4. User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose.

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.

  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our website or services.

All content uploaded, posted, or otherwise transmitted by users must:

  • Be accurate (where stating facts).

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or promotes discrimination.

8.2 Purpose and Safeguards
All data used for research or analysis will:

  • Be anonymised or pseudonymised before use (no identifiable personal data is shared).

  • Be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and COPPA).

  • Be used solely to improve educational research, platform quality, and learning outcomes.

12.4 Withdrawal


If you do not wish for anonymised data associated with your account to be used for research or improvement purposes, you may contact us at marc@sparkeducation.ai to opt out.
