  • Minimal Data Collection: We only collect essential data, allowing teachers the option to use first names and surname initials or assign anonymous identifiers like "Student A" or "Student B."

     

  • Flexible Login Options: Students log in through the spark domain (@sparkeducation.ai), with the flexibility for teachers to customise student identifiers.

     

  • Pseudonymisation: All user data, including story prompts (character, setting, plot), is not connected to any identifiable personal information, ensuring privacy.

     

  • Purpose Limitation: Data is collected strictly for educational purposes, without attaching unnecessary personal information.

     

  • Data Protection by Design: Our app is built with data privacy at its core, following best practices to protect user information.

     

  • Regular Compliance Reviews: We conduct regular reviews to ensure our data protection practices are up-to-date with GDPR and other global regulations.
